Body Shaper in Teen Age

Adolescence begins at age 12 or 13 years until teens or ended before the age of 20. At this age, the development of adolescent body has increased, ranging from the biological side as added the body weight, added height and other body changes, such as breast growth, Adam's apple, and reproductive organs are starting to evolve. When children are late teens, parents control of their nutritional intake to be reduced. So many children and teens are overweight at risk of contracting some diseases.
Even the teenager who thinks her body slim, they are still dieting, brings back food that was eaten (bulimia), loss of appetite at all (anorexia), or use laxatives to maintain or lose weight according to its ambitions. The problem is that this behavior affects the balance of nutrients in the body of teenager who is still in the growing bones and brain. These risk behaviors have long-term consequences and short term.
Therefore, teens still need the guidance of parents to provide input on balanced nutrition and stay active physically. Children need to be reminded that eating healthy is important for their survival. Parents also need to provide knowledge about the risk of eating food that is not balanced, which can inhibit their growth and development. And taught them about the balance of eating and healthy weight control.
