Hula Hoop Tool Body Shaper to Tighten the Stomach

Hula hoop is the type of game as well as sports equipment. Used by all people ranging from young children to adults. Very easy to play it so everyone loved it.

Exercise twirling circles around the waist is a very pleasant way to streamline and tighten the stomach. Hula hoop exercise is described as a form of "low impact" that makes the whole body of work. Even Oscar winner Marisa Tomei who starred in the movie The Wrestler (2008) played a hula hoop to help shape her body.

Hula hoop games in addition to help tighten the stomach, also can train the buttocks, hips and thighs to be more tightly.

For those of you who want to try to learn to play the hula hop, here are the ways in starting to play:

  • Try standing up straight with your legs stretch out, knees slightly bent and feet flat touching the floor. Then use both hands to position the hula hoop on the waist, with one side of the hula hoop attached to the backs.
  • Tighten your stomach muscles, and then turn the hula hoop towards the left or right, according to your convenience play. Remove your hands from hula hoops and shake your hips to keep the hula hoop still spinning.
  • When the hula hoop spinning, put both hands on the head or behind your head, you can also stretch your hands, so your defenses strong to keep the hula hoop spinning longer.
